THE EXCLUSIVE TOURS serves an agent to facilitate customer’s activity bookings via our website. We tied-up with multiple tours, leisure activities providers in UAE. These activities include but not limited to Desert Safari, Dinner Dhow Cruises, City Tours, Sightseeing Tours, Adventures Tours, Water Parks, Theme Parks, Yachts services, Hotel Stay, Airfare Tickets, Limousine Services, Aerial Tours, Water Sports and Airport Transfers.

The activity providers own all the infrastructures and managed their respective activities. The customer can check the applicable insurance coverage of each tours upon booking. THE EXCLUSIVE TOURS is not liable for any injuries or incidents during the activity and any insurance claims after that.

By booking an activity through our website, customers have agreed to its terms of use. By accessing and browsing this website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these terms and condition. The customer must ensure to provide accurate and true information and details required while booking through our website

Activity Pricing and Insurance

Published and quoted prices are subject to change due to factors beyond our control such as fluctuation in foreign currency exchange rates, in an airline tickets, hotel rates or transport expenses, etc. Prices are final and fixed once final payment has been made. Rates mentioned does not necessarily cover insurance, accommodation unless or until specified in tours details. Guests are advised to check the applicable insurance if required at the time of booking.

The prices do not cover any loss, injuries, or personal belonging and it is therefore advisable for all the guests to take travel insurance to avoid unforeseen circumstances. The activity provider owns all the infrastructures and facilities being used and that THE EXCLUSIVE TOURS is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience suffered by the customer while doing the activity and any insurance claims.

Payment Method

Payments using the service may be made using almost all major credit or Debit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. THE EXCLUSIVE TOURS is not directly involved in the online payment but through a third party service provider. Upon completing a transaction using the Service, customer will be presented with a confirmation screen verifying the transaction details you wish to process. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all transaction information and other details are correct. We have no liability for transactions which are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data entry in the course of the use of the Service or for loss of data or information caused by factors beyond Our control.

Payment Confirmation

Customer will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been received by our third party service provider. Once a payment has been made it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept any responsibility for refusal or reversal of payments, which shall be a matter between you and your credit card issue

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and amendment depend on the type of activity and tour.
THE EXCLUSIVE TOURS enforces a 72-hour advance refund policy.
Cancellations can be done via E-mail at booking@theexclusivetours.com.
No less than 72 hours in advance of the tour in order to receive a refund. No partial refunds will be given for any cancellations made within 72 hours of a tour. No partial refunds are available once a tour has commenced and in case delay or non-appearance on the part of the customer.

All amendment and changes to any tour and excursions are subject to availability at the time of the request. For any refund services charges and refund/transfer charges apply.

Cancellations maybe due to factors beyond the suppliers' control, that includes but not limited to the bad weather, technical issues, governmental restrictions and other events of force majeure. In such events, a full or partial refund or reschedule facility may be given at our discretion.

Passport, Visas and Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents including passports and/or visas. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date departure back home. Customers should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
