Pick-up Timing:
Pick-up times will vary through-out the year. In order for you to plan your day, please be prepared for a pick-up between the following times:
September – November: 03:30am – 04:30am
December – February: 04:30am – 05:30am
March -May: 03:30am – 04:30am
Kindly provide us with your hotel, room number and contact number as we need to call you to advise the exact pick up time. If we call and are unable to reach you, we will leave a written message with the reception/operator, to be delivered to your room.

Occasionally some mornings we may experience strong winds or fog, if this happens, we may change the order of your experience to make it more enjoyable. First, we would drive you to our Heritage camp in Vintage Land Rovers where you will be served a gourmet breakfast, here you can relax and your hot air balloon experience will begin after the fog has lifted. When this happens, the sun would already be up, but the views are just as beautiful.
